MSO-PC Structuring
We manage the complex structuring of Management Services Organizations (MSOs) and Professional Corporations (PCs) for medical practices, in compliance with the Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) doctrine. This doctrine prohibits non-physicians or corporations from owning or controlling medical practices to protect the integrity of medical decisions.
